Helpful hints when sending shoes through an approved Colour Studio stockist.

Only the Colour Studio guarantee the dyeability of Rainbow Club, Gabriella & Lucido and Else brands.

Always specify whether you would like your order matched to daylight or artificial light - the difference can be dramatic.

The items must always be checked in the environment that was specified.

The fabric swatch for colour matching to, should be at least 2" x 2" (5cm x 5cm).

If matching to a shot fabric, please specify which colour is required.

We strongly advise use of a suitable fabric protector to help prevent colour coming off onto hot hands and feet. This protector offers water resistance only, as we use environmentally friendly water based dyes that do not withstand moisture.

We unfortunately cannot re-dye items once a fabric protector has been applied.

Shoes can be re-dyed to cover marks after wear, however only in dark colours like Navy and Black.

Rainbow Club guarantee the dyeability of our own brands, which are Rainbow Club, Gabriella & Lucido and Else, when coloured by us.

A new bespoke white hand colouring service is available on all Rainbow Club styles.

We are delighted to colour other satin shoes, however as we have no control over changes they may make to materials, we ask you/your customer to sign a disclaimer naturally we will inform you of any companies that use non dyeable satins.

For the best and guaranteed results we strongly recommend you use our products and our hand colouring service.
